Senior Scientist Verdesian Life Sciences
Dr. Apurva Bhargava is a Senior Molecular Biology Scientist at Verdesian Life Sciences and works to identify the mode of actions of existing and discovery products and supports R&D, Regulatory and marketing groups. He began his corporate career with Bayer Crop Sciences and held a variety of roles in Bayer and BASF within R&D and Regulatory Science. Apurva was a researcher at UNC at Chapel Hill working in Plant hormone signaling pathways. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Botany and M.Sc. in Life Sciences in India, MS in Biochemistry from UVic, Canada, and a Ph.D. from UBC, Canada in Plant Molecular Biology.
