Heliae Development
Since 2008, Heliae Development, LLC has advanced the fields of microalgae cultivation, processing, and strain development. During this time, Heliae discovered a unique and proprietary microalgae strain for use in agriculture. As a soil and plant amendment, this strain boosts the beneficial biological activity of the soil, seed, and plant microbiomes. In turn, crops benefit from improved soil quality with enhanced nutrient access, water-holding capacity, and soil structure, resulting in improved germination, growth, yield, and fruit quality of plants. These discoveries prompted the development of PhycoTerra®, an award-winning “seed-to-stubble” suite of microalgae products for improved soil health and plant productivity.
